核戦争後の荒廃した世界で、自ら拳王を名乗る暴君ラオウは、すべてをその掌中に収めようとしていた。そんな彼の前に鉄仮面の謎の人物“南斗最後の将”と、その義勇軍が立ちふさがる。民衆から救世主と呼ばれていたケンシロウはその将を守る“南斗五車星”のメンバーと出会い、彼らと共に自分の兄ラオウに挑むことを決意する。

世界大戦による核戦争後の近未来。暴力が支配する闇と混沌の世界の中、1800年の歴史を持つ究極の暗殺拳・北斗神拳の伝承者ケンシロウは、救世主と呼ばれる道を歩み出す。一方、北斗を離れた長兄のラオウは、武力と恐怖による支配こそ、この世界に新しい秩序をもたらすと信じ、ケンシロウとは真逆の道を歩き出していた。

１９９X年、世界は核の炎に包まれた。文明は滅び僅かな食料を奪い合う力の支配する荒廃した未来。北斗神拳、正統伝承者ケンシロウは親友シンに裏切られ恋人ユリアを奪われてしまう。北斗神拳の弟子でありケンシロウの義兄弟であったラオウ、ジャギは乱世に身を任せ暴力での世界統一の野望に燃え軍団を率いて次々と各地を支配していった。ユリアを捜し求め放浪の旅を送るケンシロウは、兄であるジャギ、親友であったシンらとの戦いの中非常さも加わり強くなっていく。そしてついに無双の強さを極めた北斗神拳長兄ラオウとの壮絶な戦いの火蓋が切られる。

北斗の掟に翻弄されるトキには秘密があった。それを知るのは女医サラだけだ。やがて世界は核の炎に包まれ無秩序と暴力の世界に。トキは人々を救うため北斗神拳を医療に活かさんと荒野を旅するが、長兄ラオウに行く手を阻まれる。トキは監獄カサンドラに幽閉されてしまったのだ。末弟ケンシロウに救いだされたトキだが、すでに死期が迫っていた。トキがケンシロウに託した願いとは?知られざるトキの思いが今ここに明らかになる。

In the 21st century, a nuclear war turned most of the Earth's surface into a desert wasteland, which also resulted in the contamination of the Earth's water supply. A man named Sanga has built the fortified haven of the "Last Land", where he rules as its dictator by monopolizing the city's uncontaminated water supply. When he learns that the neighboring residents of Freedom Village are trying to dig up a well for their own, Sanga sends his underlings to sabotage their effort. Kenshiro, master of Hokuto Shinken, gets involved in the conflict between the two regions after saving Tobi, an informant hired by Freedom Village.

今回はSeason1～３まで全59話が放送されたTVアニメを１本の映画として再編集。 巨人の侵攻によって人類を守る壁が壊された“あの日”から、すべての巨人の駆逐を誓った少年エレン・イェーガーの戦いと成長の軌跡を追った、まさに「進撃の巨人」入門編ともいうべき作品

症状がレベル5まで進行した感染者は、凶暴化して人間を襲い始めるという危険なウイルスが蔓延するアメリカ。ある秘密と目的を抱えながら、CDC（疾病管理予防センター）のドクターとして、感染者から未感染者を守る救助チームへの配属を希望した女性ローレン。彼女の狙いは、本来感染者は救助不能とされるところ、ドクターなど貴重な人材の場合に限り、レベル1までなら治療できる特効薬を使えるという特権にあった。

パットがボーカルを務めるバンドは、車のガソリン代にも事欠く、売れないパンクバンド。彼らが極貧ツアーの中、ようやく出演することができたライブハウスは、なんとネオナチの根城だった。パットとバンドメンバーは、そこで殺人の現場を目撃してしまい、ネオナチ軍団から命を狙われる事態となってしまう。圧倒的に不利な状況で、グリーンルーム（英語で「楽屋」の意味）に閉じこもったパットたちは、アイデアと反骨精神を武器に極悪非道なネオナチ軍団に立ち向かう。
