ビバリーヒルズでセレブ犬として暮らすチワワのクロエ。クロエの世話を託されたレイチェル（パイパー・ペラーボ）は、クロエを連れてメキシコ旅行へと向かう。しかし、クロエは犬の窃盗団に誘拐されて闘犬場へ。どうにか逃げ出したクロエだったが、見知らぬ土地でノラ犬としての生活を送るハメになってしまう。
