呪われた海賊バルボッサとの壮絶な闘いを乗り越え、再びブラックパール号の船長となったジャック・スパロウ。しかし彼は、海賊なら誰もが恐れる幽霊船フライング・ダッチマン号の船長デイヴィ・ジョーンズにもうじき魂を奪われようとしていた。13年前にブラックパール号を手に入れるためジョーンズと“血の契約”を交わしており、その契約の刻限が迫っていたのだ。それでもジャックはその事態を打開するべく、命運を握るある鍵の行方を追い始める。一方、結婚式を挙げようとしていた鍛冶屋の青年ウィルと総督の娘エリザベスは、ジャックを逃がした罪で投獄されるハメに。やがて、２人は再びジャックに会わなければならない宿命となり、それぞれ彼のもとへ向かうのだが…。

紀元前200年、戦乱のさなかの中国。後に始皇帝となる秦王のもとに無名と名乗る男が拝謁を願い出る。彼は中国全土で最強と評判の暗殺者3人、長空、残剣、飛雪を自らの手で倒したと語り、それぞれが所有していた自慢の武器を証拠として持参していた。暗殺者たちを恐れる秦王は、100歩以内の距離に誰も近づけようとしなかったが、無名にはもっと近くまで寄ることを特別に許し、それらの対決の歴史を詳しく語るよう彼に命じる。

剣の英雄たちが群雄割拠する時代。天下の名剣“グリーン・デスティニー”の使い手としてその名を轟かせる英雄リ－と女弟子ユーは、心惹かれ合いながらも長い間人々のため正義に生きてきた。リーは剣を置く決意をしてグリーン・デスティニーをユーに託し、依頼されたティエ氏に無事剣を届けたユーは、そこで貴族の娘イェンと出会う。その夜、グリーン・デスティニーが何者かに盗まれ、ユーはイェンを疑い彼女の家を訪ねる。

Five Western girls are kidnapped by Chinese pirates and sold to a brothel. While they are being trained to become prostitutes, a couple of local citizens take mercy on them and plots their escape by teaching them kung-fu. The five scantily-clad girls, using their newfound martial arts skills then fight their way to freedom.

Senor Quexana has read so many books on chivalry that he believes that he is the knight Don Quixote de la Mancha. So Don Quixote sets off on his horse, accompanied by his squire Sancho Panza on a mule, to perform valiant deeds. A United States Navy ship in the first half of the 19th century, under the command of Captain David Porter, is expecting to put ashore after a year on the seas; but the arrival of one of Porter's ex-students, the willful and independent Lieutenant David Farragut, brings a new mission: to disguise the ship and crew as a pirate ship and help the Navy locate the criminals who have been robbing America's merchant fleet. When the lord suffers from a life-threatening boil on his back, he is told by the Imperial doctor that an herb called "Longevity Rattan" offers the only cure and is grown in a remote village by an herbalist named Tan. Lo is sent on a mission to get the herb and bring it back before it's too late.

Director Ho Meng-hua is one of Shaw Studio's most versatile directors. He's helmed romances, mysteries, award-winning dramas, contemporary action films, historical costume dramas, fantasies, and, finally, popular swordplay movies. The title character in this one is a chivalrous thief who raises the jealous ire of the rival Red Shirt Gang. There's plenty of action in this adventure, which sweeps from the plains to the mountains ... to the sound of slashing swords.
