Five broken cameras – and each one has a powerful tale to tell. Embedded in the bullet-ridden remains of digital technology is the story of Emad Burnat, a farmer from the Palestinian village of Bil’in, which famously chose nonviolent resistance when the Israeli army encroached upon its land to make room for Jewish colonists. Emad buys his first camera in 2005 to document the birth of his fourth son, Gibreel. Over the course of the film, he becomes the peaceful archivist of an escalating struggle as olive trees are bulldozed, lives are lost, and a wall is built to segregate burgeoning Israeli settlements.
During a summer of friendship and adventure, one boy becomes a part of the gang, nine boys become a team and their leader becomes a legend by confronting the terrifying mystery beyond the right field wall.
東京の小学生・遠野貴樹と篠原明里はお互いに対する「他人には分らない特別な想い」を抱えていた。しかし小学校卒業と同時に明里は栃木へ転校してしまい、それきり会うことが無くなってしまう。貴樹が中学に入学して半年が経過した夏のある日、栃木の明里から手紙が届く。それをきっかけに、文通を重ねるようになる2人。しかしその年の冬に、今度は貴樹が鹿児島へ転校することが決まった。鹿児島と栃木では絶望的に遠い。「もう二度と会えなくなるかもしれない…」そう思った貴樹は、明里に会いに行く決意をする。しかしその約束の日、関東では大雪となった。当初の予定は列車の遅延で大幅に狂い、時間だけがただ残酷に流れていく…。貴樹と明里の、再会と別れの1日を時間経過と共に描く。

ピクシー・ホロウのはずれに冬の森があると聞いたティンカー・ベルは、禁じられた境界線を越えて冬の森を訪れ、そこで自分にそっくりな冬の妖精ペリウィンクルと出会う。仲良くなった二人は、お互いの住む村や森に相手を誘うようになるのだが、そんな行動がピクシー・ホロウに重大な危機を招くことになるなど、まったく気がついていなかった。
1990年代、アルジェリアの人里離れた村にある修道院では、カトリックの修道士たちが共同生活を送っていた。戒律を厳格に守り信仰に身をささげる一方、地域の診療所としても機能する修道院には、毎日地元の住民たちが訪ねてきていた。修道士たちはイスラム教徒の地元民と良好な関係を築いていたが、アルジェリア内戦による影響が出始め……。
収穫祭の賞品として農場主アーサーにもらわれた子ブタのベイブ。牧羊犬の母犬フライはベイブに農場のルールを教えた上、自分の子供たちと同じようにベイブを可愛がってくれる。

戦後変わりつつある家族の関係をテーマに人間の生と死までをも見つめた深淵なドラマ。故郷の尾道から20年ぶりに東京へ出てきた老夫婦。成人した子どもたちの家を訪ねるが、みなそれぞれの生活に精一杯だった。唯一、戦死した次男の未亡人だけが皮肉にも優しい心遣いを示すのだった……。
