「デジモン」シリーズ劇場版第3弾。ニューヨークに突然謎のデジモンが現れた！太一やヤマトたちを次々異空間に封印した謎のデジモンの目的は一体？そしてすべてのカギを握る青い瞳のテイマー・ウォレスの秘められた過去とは？今、アメリカを舞台に、大輔たちのひと夏の冒険がはじまる…!!
山里に住む若者アシタカは、怒りと憎しみにより“タタリ神”と化した猪神から呪いをかけられてしまう。呪いを解く術を求めて旅に出るアシタカはやがて、西方の地で“タタラ”の村にたどり着く。エボシ御前が率いるその村では、鉄を造り続けていたが、同時にそれは神々の住む森を破壊することでもあった。そして、そんなタタラ達に戦いを挑むサンの存在をアシタカは知る。人の子でありながら山犬に育てられた彼女は“もののけ姫”と呼ばれていた。
1988年、関東地区に新型爆弾が使用され、第3次世界大戦が勃発した――。2019年、ネオ東京。金田をリーダーとするバイクの一団は進入禁止の高速道を疾走していた。しかし、先頭にいた島鉄雄は突然視界に入った奇妙な小男をよけきれずに転倒、負傷する。小男と鉄雄は直ちに現れたアーミーのヘリに収容され飛び去ってしまった。翌日、鉄雄を捜す金田は、少女ケイと出会う。彼女は反政府ゲリラの一員で“アキラ”という存在を追っていた。その頃、鉄雄はアーミーのラボで強力なクスリを連続投与され、不思議な力を覚醒し始めていた…。
1966年、秋。ベトナム戦争最中の、日本の中のアメリカ——米空軍・横田基地。ファントムF4戦闘機があわただしくスクランブル発進する基地周辺を殺伐とした空気が包む中、街では不審な自殺が相次いでいた。 地下鉄・銀座線、浅草行最終列車。殺風景な車両にたたずむひとりの少女。大人をも射すくめる強い眼差しと、堅く結ばれた唇が秘めた意志を物語る──彼女の名は小夜（SAYA）。人間社会に身を潜めた吸血鬼＜翼手＞を倒すため、「組織」が送り込んだ救世主。セーラー服に身を包んだ小夜は、日本刀を武器に基地内のアメリカンスクールに潜入したが……。
幼馴染みである北条響と南野奏は、妖精のハミィと一緒にオープン初日の巨大ショッピングモールへやって来たが、途中でハミィとはぐれてしまう。その後二人はハミィを見つけることができたが、来海えりか主催のファッションショーに乱入してしまう。 そんな最中、おもちゃの国やデザート王国といった別世界の建物や住人が出現する。さらにかつてプリキュア達を苦しめた強敵達が、ブラックホールの闇の力で蘇って、世界を繋ぐ奇跡の花「プリズムフラワー」を枯れさせて世界を暗黒化させようと企んでいた。 敵の策によって異世界に飛ばされたプリキュア達は、いつものパートナーや仲間から引き離されてしまい、強敵達が作り出した世界にそれぞれ招かれてしまう。

In the story, 33-year-old Kanazawa native Noriko had decided long ago not to accept an ordinary, provincial life for herself. So, she had gone to college in Tokyo, worked on her own, married a man at an elite trading firm, and had a child. She has just returned home from five years abroad with her husband and four-year-old son. However, she senses a large emptiness in her heart since coming back. Sergeant Keroro and his four subordinates came from the planet Keron to the Earth to conquer. However, without notice, they began to enjoy the life on the Earth. Keroro was supposed to stay with Hitana to get the chance to conquer the Earth, but he became friend with Hinata's son, Fuyuki. Today, as usual, Keroro goes to buy his favorite Gundam plastic model with Fuyuki. On their way home, they find a small shrine, and enter. There, they find a vase, and happens to break it. Since the next day, strange things happen all over the town and people are in panic. Inside the vase, Kiruru, Keron's ancient ultimate weapon was sealed. At the moment, Mirara who holds the secret of the Kiruru appears and informs them of the only method to save the Earth. However...
父であるメフィストが善の心を取り戻し、アコはキュアミューズの役目も終わったとして父と共にメイジャーランドへ帰ることになった。その時、突然街にハウリング音が鳴り響き、街から音楽が消えてしまう事件が発生する。メイジャーランドに連絡を取ろうとするも、何故か反応が無い。
心配に思った響達はメイジャーランドに向かうが、いつも音楽で満ち溢れていたかつての面影は無く、音楽が消え世界は荒れ果て、人々は石のように無表情となり、音の鳴らない楽器を弾き続けたままだった。唯一動いていたアコの友達のスズは、このようになったのはアフロディテが突如変貌し、音楽を奪ってしまったからだと言う。真相を確かめるべく、アコとメフィストはアフロディテのいる城へ向かうが…。
物語は、娘の雪が、母である花の半生を語るかたちで綴られる。 東京のはずれにある国立大学に通う、女子大生の花は、大学の教室でとある男と出会い、恋に落ちる。その男は自分がニホンオオカミの末裔、「おおかみおとこ」であることを告白するが、花はそれを受け入れ2人の子供を産む。産まれた姉「雪」と弟「雨」は狼に変身できる「おおかみこども」であった。しかし雨の出産直後、男は亡くなってしまう。花は2人の「おおかみこども」の育児に追われるが、都会ではたびたび狼に変身してしまう雪と雨を育てるのは難しく、山奥の古民家に移住する。 人の目を気にすることなく山奥で姉弟は育っていく。蛇や猪をも恐れない活発で狼になるのが好きな雪に対し、弟の雨は内向的であったが、やがて雪は小学校に通うようになり、狼にならないように気をつけ、人間として生きていく。一方で雨は小学校に馴染めず、山に入っては狼となって、一匹の狐を「先生」と呼び彼から山で生きる術を学んでいく。

The first story focused on Tai and Kari Kamiya four years before their adventure in the Digital World. It shows their first encounter with Digimon and what happened to them (as well as the other children). Tai and Kari wake one morning to find a Digi-Egg that came out of their computer the night before and the egg soon hatches, revealing a Botamon. The Digimon then evolves into Koromon and then Agumon (not the same one that became friends with Tai in the series, and yet, somehow, both Koromon and Kari remember each other), who then goes out and unintentionally destroys a good part of the neighborhood with Kari riding on his back. A second Digi-Egg appears in the sky to reveal an evil digimon, Parrotmon. Agumon then Digivolves to Greymon but isn't strong enough to beat Parrotmon and is knocked out. Tai grabs Kari's whistle and wakes up Greymon, who defeats Parrotmon and disappears with him.
