Featuring interviews with key individuals who worked for Amicus (actors, directors, etc.), and with many rare photographs and production designs throughout, this documentary is a must-see for fans of British horror cinema.

ボンドは、石油王のロバート・キング卿に返金される大金を奪取する事に成功。キング卿が大金を確認するためMI6に訪れる。ボンドがMへの報告中、その大金に爆弾が仕掛けられていることに気づき止めようとするが間に合わず、キング卿は爆死した。ボンドは犯人と思われる女暗殺者を追うが、激しいボートチェイスの末、女暗殺者は気球と共に自爆する。 真犯人は009に銃弾を頭に撃ち込まれるも死なず、そのせいで痛みを感じない体となった不死身のテロリスト「レナード」だと睨んだMI6は、キング卿の娘であり、レナードに誘拐された経験があるエレクトラ・キングが次に狙われると判断。ボンドに彼女の警護を命じる。 そんな時、レナードによって核弾頭が盗まれ、キング社の石油パイプラインにその核弾頭が仕掛けられる。

イギリス諜報部MI6はロシア当局と合同で、ロシア国境における武器取引マーケットの調査を行っていた。侵入したボンドの撮影した映像から、大量の武器と日本人テロリストの磯倉聡やアメリカ人のテロリストのヘンリー・グプタをはじめとする危険人物が集まっていることを確認したMI6は、ロシア側の合意によりイギリス海軍艦艇からの巡航ミサイル攻撃を行う。ところが、市場の商品の中に核魚雷がある事が判明、ミサイルは母艦から距離が離れすぎていた為自爆電波が届かず、ボンドには退避命令が出される。だが、ボンドは命令を無視して核魚雷を搭載した戦闘機諸共確保して飛び去り、チェルノブイリ以上の核汚染は阻止された。しかし、この代償に会場にいた危険人物の1人、ヘンリー・グプタは逃走してしまう。
