Eight months after the death of his wife, Frank Goode looks forward to a reunion with his four adult children. アメリカ各地で強盗殺人を繰り広げたゲッコー兄弟は、警察の追及を振り切るべく、メキシコを目指して逃亡を続けている。牧師を辞めて放浪の旅をしていたフラーとその一家は、たまたま立ち寄ったモーテルでゲッコー兄弟に誘拐され、国境を突破するための隠れ蓑に利用される。メキシコに到着した一行は、兄弟が現地の組織の使者と落ち合う予定のナイトクラブ「ティッティー・ツイスター」で一夜を過ごすことになるが、そこは吸血鬼の巣窟と化していた。かくして、夕暮れから夜明けまでの戦いが始まる。
