不登校の高校生の咲はさまざまな人の終活を手伝うアルバイトをしながら、生徒からのいじめで教師を辞めて引きこもっているかつての担任・南雲の家へ様子を見に行ったり、いじめた生徒に自分の気持ちを伝えるために会いに行ったりしていた。どうすることもできずにやるせない気持ちを抱く咲に、一緒に働く敬三がかつて妻と見た桜の下での思い出を話し始める。

They seem to know each other well, but they are also like others. The truth behind a marine accident three years ago then became clear. A child went out on a raft to the sea and went missing. The man was the father of the missing child, and Shogo was a close friend who made a raft with the child.
