その瞬間は小学校に入学する時に訪れた。真っ黒なランドセルをプレゼントされた時、愕然とした。説明 のできないモヤッとした違和感が残る。女子の制服を着たくても先生にすら理解してもらえない抑圧され た中学時代から一転、女子バレー部キャプテンとして活躍する劇的な高校生活。家族の優しさに支えられ、 なりたい自分へ近づくために七転八倒。思春期に様々な障害を乗り越えてきた彼女は、コンプレックスを いかにして自分らしさに変えたのか？より美しくなるためにどう生まれ変わってきたのか？10 代の終わ りに決心した危険な手術は本来の自分を勝ち取るための、まだほんの始まりにすぎなかった―
