深夜、とあるマンション内のエレベーターホールで血だらけの女（紗希）が座り込んでいる。煙草を吸いながらスマホで誰かに電話している。その横には、意識朦朧とした血まみれの男（翔）が倒れている。その光景にカメラを向ける住人ら、慌ただしく無線を飛ばす警官たち。取調室、二人の刑事と虚ろな目をした紗希がいる。柔和で悲しげな表情を浮かべながら、翔との関係を話し出す。ふたりの出会いは2年前にさかのぼる。映画製作のスタッフで下働きをしていた紗希は、撮影現場で俳優の翔に出会う。連絡先を交換し、ほどなくしてふたりは、体の関係を持つまでになる。紗希は翔を愛し、借金を重ね、番組の製作費を盗んでまで翔に身も心も捧げていた。だが、そんな翔に「もう一人の女」の影が・・・事件に至るまでの全貌が明らかになるとき、女たちの狂った「純愛のかたち」を知ることになる・・・
