前作で息絶えたチャッキーだったが、アンディとグッドガイ人形の事件が全国で取り上げられグッドガイ人形の製造元は人気が低迷した。チャッキーを復元して人形に異常はないということを証明しようとしていたのだが、人形にはまだ凶悪殺人鬼の魂が残っていた。元に戻ったチャッキーは再び魂を取るためアンディを探しにいくのであった。

Ralph is a sexually frustrated vampire who suffers from a peculiar curse. He's condemned for eternity to watch his one true love, Mona be murdered by a pirate wielding a ham bone. But now? Costume Design
Remar and Attila are a couple of surfers who also deal drugs to make a living. They are trying to set up a final deal with local drug lord, Calavera, when their friend True Blue is busted by the cops. Blue talks too much in the police station and Calavera is out for revenge because of the betrayal.
