前作で息絶えたチャッキーだったが、アンディとグッドガイ人形の事件が全国で取り上げられグッドガイ人形の製造元は人気が低迷した。チャッキーを復元して人形に異常はないということを証明しようとしていたのだが、人形にはまだ凶悪殺人鬼の魂が残っていた。元に戻ったチャッキーは再び魂を取るためアンディを探しにいくのであった。
世界でも有数のリゾート地ハワイで1組のカップルが殺され、ハネムーンでハワイを訪れていたクリフとシドニーは、自分たちの周囲にいる人間に疑いの目を向ける。軍隊にいた男や入れ墨をした男とその彼女たちが怪しいとにらむが、クリフたちは犯人像をつかめず…。

Andy is a new teacher at an inner city high school that is unlike any he has seen before.
