アリババ33世。初代アリババが手に入れた莫大な財宝も、32世までで半分を、そして33世があとの半分を使い切って、もはや残るのは古ぼけたランプがただ一つ。実はこれがこすると魔物が出てきて何でもするというランプなのだ。しかしランプの魔物、猫がいるとまるでダメ。そこで徹底的な猫狩りが行われる。そんな時、捕らえられた猫を助けたのがアル・ハック。彼は猫の英雄として38匹の猫と共に反抗に立ち上がった。
