Ruben Navarro

略歴

Born in Malaga, Spain, Ruben Navarro is an enthusiastic filmmaker based in Los Angeles since 2010. "Of Hearts and Castles" is his 3rd short film and it has its World Premiere at Outfest Film Festival 2020. He previously directed "In Tune With You" (2012) and "Monsters of the Night" (2015). Both films screened at 43 festivals and received 8 awards. Ruben is also a highly experienced editor, and edit the show "East of La Brea" (SXSW) for executive producer Paul Feig and directed by Emmy nominee Sam Bailey. Ruben has also worked on Fox, Netflix and Quibi shows. Mr. Navarro's work has been showcased in more than eighty official selections, and has won five international awards altogether. He is in development of his first feature "Me, After You" and a show called "Love for Brisa." He is a 2018 Film Independent Project Involve Fellow.
