もうすぐ中学校を卒業する伊純は、きれいなカケラを拾った。すると、不思議な世界に迷い込み、同じカケラを持つ同じ年齢の蒼、小夏、あさひと出会う。そこに謎の生命体が出現。彼らポッピン族は、時の谷で全ての世界の時間を制御する存在で、時間が崩壊の危機的状況を迎えていると話す。それを救う方法は、時のカケラに導かれた少女たちがダンスで心を一つにすること。そして、ダンス経験者の沙紀が現れ……。
