To celebrate their graduation from university Kaori and her two friends visit Okinawa in southern Japan for a short vacation. At the vacation house, provided by Tadashi's uncle, a numbing stench awaits the girls, and can be traced to a horrendously deformed, legged fish that Kaori kills. More and more of these creatures appear and portend a horrific change for the animal life in the area. A phone call from Kaori's fiancé Tadashi in Tokyo quickly shows the scope of this epidemic, when he is also attacked by these mechanized fish. Kaori immediately sets out on an perilous voyage to find out what happened to Tadashi, helped by Shirakawa — a videographer in search of the truth behind all this...

高校で写真部に所属する飯塚月子は学校からの帰り道、建設中の建物から鉄骨が落下してきた事故で姉の富江を亡くす。それから1年余りが過ぎ、富江が死ぬ瞬間の悪夢にうなされ続けながらも、月子はようやく普通の生活を取り戻しつつあった。そんなある日、自分の目の前で死んだはずの富江が目の前に現れる。

梅原一樹は恋人の尚子を目の前で何者かに殺されたことで精神的なダメージを受け、カウンセリングに通いながら社会復帰を目指していた。ある日、症状が快方に向かっていることを自覚した一樹は、就職を決意。マネキン工場で働くが、工場長に紹介された富江という名の女性が尚子にうり二つだった。

左目下のホクロを除いた後に失踪した診療所所長・富樫の娘に瓜二つの少女を、女医・和江は深夜の山中で見かける。そして彼女を追いかけ、洋館にたどり着く。そこで和江は瀕死の少女・雪子を発見する。

転校生・川上富江の魔性に引き込まれたかのように、男子生徒は彼女の虜になってしまった。彼らの富江への愛はやがて殺意に変貌し、彼女の耳を鋭利な刃物で切り落としてしまう。しかし、その耳は生き物のように動き回る。

Set in a house in the suburbs, the film uses black humor to depict the horrors caused by a strange drainage pipe that drags people in.

Marino is your average young Japanese lady. She likes hanging out with her friends, brushing her teeth and doting over her Marronnier doll. The doll, however, has been created by an evil genius that kidnaps women, uses a machine to turn them into wax and sculpts the wax into dolls in the deceased's likeness. But it doesn't end there. The mad doll-maker's assistant, Numai, is even freakier. He stalks Marino, kidnaps her (and her friends), fails to seduce her, gets rebuffed, laughs like a maniac and tries to melt them into wax! But that's before his other doll 'creations' come to life and attack him…

25年前の若い頃に出会った富江という名の美少女に魅せられた記憶をいまだ忘れられず、娘に登美恵と名付けてしまった父・橋本和彦。登美恵は自分の殻に閉じこもりがちで学校ではもっぱらいじめられっ子だった。そんな登美恵の前に富江と名乗る美少女が現われ、奔放な振る舞いで登美恵を魅了し二人は友だちの関係になる。ある日、富江が登美恵の家に遊びに来て初めて顔を合わせた和彦と富江だったが和彦が目にしたのは、まさに25年前の富江その人だった。

Her terrifying nightmares begin intersecting with her everyday life. Do her nightly dreams about an anonymous fortune-teller have anything to do with the tragedies plaguing her high school?

美大生の英雄が絵のモデルを殺害した。だが、彼女は男たちを惑わせ破滅へと導く美しき怪物・富江だった。英雄の犯行を隠蔽する為、富江の遺体を森の中に埋める親友の巧と俊一。ところがその翌日、英雄を元気づけるつもりでセッティングした合コンに死んだ筈の富江が現れ、発狂した英雄は自殺してしまう。

Oshikiri is a loner who has bad memories of his childhood and his grandfather, a brilliant scientist. He returns to his grandfather's mansion to try to remember what really happened to him. He finds a portal to a parallel universe, which his grandfather had originally discovered. From this portal comes his doppelganger dressed in a cloak and gas mask, who kills his fellow students with an ancient axe.

「なあ、おれと駆け落ちしないか？」幼なじみボーイフレンド・斉藤秀一からのとつぜんの告白に戸惑う五島桐絵。最近、秀一は何かに怯えているかのように元気がなく、桐絵はずっと心配していた。やがて、桐絵の通う高校の生徒が、らせん階段から飛び降りて死んだ事件をきっかけに、秀一はおぞましいことを口にする。二人の暮らす黒渦町が得たいの知れない”うずまき”の力に取り憑かれているというのだ。その後、秀一の父・敏夫までが謎の死を遂げると、二人の周囲に禍々しく、怪奇なうずまき現象が次々と巻き起こりはじめる。

ある夜、とある病院にお腹を異常に膨らませた少女が救急患者として担ぎ込まれてくる。やがて腹は大きく裂け、そこから女の頭部が現われ「私は富江。」とつぶやく。それ以降、手術に立ち会った院長や看護婦たちに次々と異常なことが起こる。
