明治11年。東京では、人斬り抜刀斎を名乗る男が誰かれ構わず斬りつける事件が発生していた。亡父から継承した神谷道場を切り盛りする神谷薫（武井咲）が無謀にも男に立ち向かおうとしているところを、通りすがりの男が助ける。その人こそ、幕末には反幕府軍の暗殺者として活躍した人斬り抜刀斎本人（佐藤健）だった。今は緋村剣心と名乗り、斬れない刀を携え流浪の旅をしながら、どんな悪人でも決して命を奪わない不殺（ころさず）の誓いに従いながら人助けをしている。偽者の人斬り抜刀斎の正体は、実業家の武田観柳（香川照之）に用心棒として雇われた鵜堂刃衛（吉川晃司）だった。世界支配を目論む観柳は女医の高荷恵（蒼井優）に阿片を作らせ、それを元手に得た莫大な金で武器を買い漁っていた。元・新選組で今は警官を務める斎藤一（江口洋介）が観柳の目論みに気付くものの、観柳が握る絶大な権力を前になかなか手出しができない。観柳は手始めに神谷道場一帯を手に入れるべく、市井の人々を殺そうとする。神谷道場に身を寄せる剣心は苦しむ人々を見て、打倒観柳を決意。250人もの護衛をつける観柳に、剣心は喧嘩屋の相楽左之助（青木崇高）とともに立ち向かっていく……。

試作品ガイアメモリでドーパント化した一般市民が暴走する事件を解決した仮面ライダーW。そこに突如、謎の美女があらわれた。彼女の名はミーナ。Wに深い恨みを持ち復讐に燃える彼女は、超能力を使い襲い掛かってきた!彼女の攻撃をかわし、なんとか仕留めたW。なぜ恨みを持っているのか聞きだしたところ彼女から意外な言葉が…。なんと、風都を存亡の危機にさらした史上最悪の犯罪者、大道克己＝仮面ライダーエターナルが、彼女を地獄から救った英雄だというのだ!ミーナから語られる意外な事実。テロリスト集団「NEVER」、そして仮面ライダーエターナル誕生の秘話、“悪魔（エターナル）”の真実が明らかになる！

風都タワー完成30周年の夏、「A」から「Z」までの26個の次世代ガイアメモリT2ガイアメモリを輸送する財団Xのヘリコプターが、世界各地でその名を馳せる不死身の傭兵集団NEVER（ネバー）による強襲の末に自爆し、風都全土にT2メモリが飛散して市民が次々とドーパントに変身していく事件が発生する。 事態の収拾に動こうとするWとアクセルは、国際特務調査機関から訪れたというマリア・S・クランベリーから顛末を聞く。そんなマリアにフィリップは、彼女はシュラウドで自分の母親かもしれないと思い込む。そして、風都にはT2ガイアメモリを得たNEVERが侵攻を開始し、Wとアクセルの前にはNEVERを率いる大道克己が仮面ライダーエターナルに変身して立ち塞がる。エターナルは、Wのファングジョーカーやサイクロンジョーカーエクストリームを平然と圧倒したうえ、マキシマムドライブを発動させて旧世代のガイアメモリの機能を停止させてしまう。 変身できなくなったWとアクセルは、風都を守り抜けるのだろうか。今、占拠された風都タワーにて、NEVERを相手にしたW最大の決戦が始まる。

K-1 PREMIUM 2006 Dynamite!! was held by K-1 and Hero's on New Year's Eve, Sunday, December 31, 2006 at the Kyocera Dome Osaka in Osaka, Japan. It featured 10 HERO'S MMA rules fights, and 4 K-1 rules fights. The event attracted a sellout crowd of 51,930. The main event between Kazushi Sakuraba and Yoshihiro Akiyama was ruled to be a No Contest after it was determined that Akiyama had applied an illegal substance causing Sakuraba to be unable to secure a takedown due to slipiness. Sakuraba can be heard loudly protesting to the referee. Akiyama later said that this substance was a lotion that he always used for dry skin Dynamite!! 2006 was also the final time Genki Sudo stepped into the ring as after his match, Sudo shocked the crowd by announcing his retirement

K-1 PREMIUM 2005 Dynamite!! was held on New Year's Eve, Sunday, December 31, 2005 at the Osaka Dome in Osaka, Japan. It featured 7 HERO'S MMA rules fights, and 4 K-1 rules fights. The event attracted a sellout crowd of 53,025 to the Osaka Dome, and was broadcast across Japan on the TBS Network. In the main event, Norifumi "KID" Yamamoto faced Genki Sudo in the finals of the Hero's Middleweight Tournament to decide the first HERO'S Middleweight Champion

It featured 6 K-1 MMA rules fights, and 4 K-1 rules fights. The event attracted a sellout crowd of 43,560 to the Nagoya Dome.

UFC 42: Sudden Impact was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida. UFC 42 was the first UFC event to take place in Florida. Headlining the event was a Welterweight Title bout between Matt Hughes and Sean Sherk. UFC 42 also marked the first UFC appearance of future Middleweight Champion Rich Franklin.

若きナショナリストの山口、市川、小菅の幼馴染み3人は東条英機版ネオナチともいうべき結社“ネオ・トージョー”を立ち上げ、特注の白い戦闘服をまとう。その出で立ちで、自分たちの育った街・渋谷から汚いゴミを一掃しようと、日々街中で半端な不良どもを狩っていた。そんな彼らは、右翼系の政治結社・青修同盟の会長・青田に一目置かれ、何かと世話をしてもらうようになる。ある日、山口ら3人は不良外人が堂々とドラッグを捌いているクラブを襲撃する。だが、その店は青修同盟と対立する暴力団が経営していた。それが発端で抗争が始まり、山口たちは巻き込まれていく。
