Nobuhiro Yamashita shoots the adaption of the City Lights manga by Hiroyuki Ohashi with three members of the Nogizaka46 idol pop band. The story is told on three levels: Documentary-style on-set where we see the film being made and the idols struggling with their roles, the resulting movie which revolves around three girls in a psychic research club discovering a classmate with super powers who turns out to be an alien and a stage adaptation of the film with the same characters.

An artist named Kurahashi and a female artist named Cheiko wait in a dentist's waiting room. The man feels attracted to the woman but says nothing to her. Sex Friend Nurezakari is the story of an old friend, Tsutomu, who pays a visit to a couple then disappears after one night. He leaves behind a mobile phone, and the couple set out to find him and return it. Along the way they meet up with another couple taping themselves having sex. The four of them continue the journey to find Tsutomu. When they arrive at his home, his parents inform them that he was killed in an accident some years previously. What happens next is both bizarre and strangely heart warming as the four friends play a baseball game with the ghost of Tsutomu and thus seal their friendships for good, as all of them discover more about themselves and each other.

A complete change of pace for cult pinku-eiga filmmaker Hisayasu Sato, this softcore farce set in a women's clinic looks more like one of Siggi Gotz's German romps than a film from the director of OL Renzoku Rape: Kyonyu Musaboru or Kamen No Yuwaku. The zany antics include the misadventures of a voyeuristic nurse, an exhibitionistic patient, a doctor and nurse who engage in S&M, a hypochondriac, and a lesbian nurse who sleeps with the patients.
