Ernesto, a Cuban actor who decides to audition in Mexico, is stranded in the gigantic city when he fails to achieve a leading role in an important play. Atrocious is a film that portrays the story of two serial killers, who after being arrested for causing a traffic accident, police confiscate some videotapes. These tapes contain brutal murders that show human wickedness, their background, paraphilias and psyche of these murderers.

Luisa, madre de Rolando, es una lenona de buen corazón que da chamba a meretrices en desgracia, como Lola. "El Güero" is a street child, protected only by Lola, a gallant woman who lavishes on him a little food and affection, among all the misery "Güero" is forced to steal parts of cars in a junkyard. He is beaten when he is caught stealing, and is injured, walks through the city where he is almost run over. The driver of the car is Rogelio, Capo Guzmán's right hand.
