The mutilated body of a six year old girl is found in a water hole. The girl is identified as the missing daughter of Claudia. However, only two peices of evidence could be used to identify her; a bracelet with her name on it near the crime scene, and the fact that her right leg was three inches longer than her left. All other methods of identification were removed from her body. 前作で息絶えたチャッキーだったが、アンディとグッドガイ人形の事件が全国で取り上げられグッドガイ人形の製造元は人気が低迷した。チャッキーを復元して人形に異常はないということを証明しようとしていたのだが、人形にはまだ凶悪殺人鬼の魂が残っていた。元に戻ったチャッキーは再び魂を取るためアンディを探しにいくのであった。
