Ice Man or not, Albert was on fire the night of his taping on October 28, 1991. His performance was a wild ride, and the ACL stage proved too small for his antics, so with his long guitar chord in tow he took off into the audience during his ten-minute-plus finale of Frosty. He was first and foremost an entertainer, but nonetheless belongs up front in the pantheon of great blues guitarists.

Albert Collins (October 1, 1932 - 24 November 1993) was a blues guitarist, singer and African-American musician. He had many nicknames, such as "The Ice Man", "The Master of the Telecaster" and "The Razor Blade". The film features Albert Collins on a Quebec Radio production for Canadian TV in 1983.

The music of legendary blues-based guitarists Albert Collins, Lonnie Mack and Roy Buchanan are featured in this film highlighting their historic December 6, 1985 concert at Carnegie Hall. Included are personality profiles on each musician and the story of what brought these three innovative bluesmen together in one live performance. These journeys are both dangerous and daring, since if caught, they face forced repatriation, torture and possible execution. Seoul Train has been broadcast on television around the world, including on the Emmy Award-winning PBS series Independent Lens. In January 2007, "Seoul Train" was awarded the Alfred I. duPont – Columbia University Silver Baton for excellence in broadcast journalism. In April 2007, "Seoul Train" was named runner-up in the National Journalism Awards. The film was produced, directed and filmed by Jim Butterworth, a technology entrepreneur in Colorado in the U.S., and Lisa Sleeth of Incite Productions.
