신들의 신전인 올림포스 산의 제왕인 제우스와 그의 아내 헤라가 아들 헤라클레스를 얻는다. 초인적인 신력을 타고난 헤라클레스에게 제우스는 페가소스라는 이름의 날개 달린 조랑말을 선물한다. 헤라클레스가 선물을 받는 순간 모든 신들의 갈채와 축복이 쏟아진다. 하지만 이때 질투와 시기에 불타는 눈으로 나타나는 악마가 있었으니. 죽은 사람의 영토를 지배하는 하이데스다. 축복 대신 저주를 퍼붓는 하이데스는 언젠가 올림포스 산을 차지하려는 속셈을 갖고 있다. 하지만 운명의 세 여신은 하이데스가 헤라클레스와 싸우면 지게 된다고 예언을 하고 분노한 하이데스는 우스꽝스럽고 작은 악마들, 페인과 패닉에게 헤라클레스를 처치할 것을 명한다. 페인과 패닉은 어린 헤라클레스를 유괴하여 땅으로 데려간 뒤, 신의 능력을 없애는 약물을 먹인다. 하지만 갑자기 나타난 인간들 때문에 마지막 한방울을 먹이지 못한 채 달아나고, 헤라클레스는 반은 신의 능력이 남겨진 인간이 되어 양부모의 손에 길러진다. 하지만 스스로도 컨트롤할 수 없는 초인적인 힘과 능력으로 사사건건 말썽을 일으켜 마침내 사람들로부터 쫓겨나고 만다. 그는 그의 양부모로 부터 그가 지니고 있던 제우스의 표식인 팬던트를 받아들고 제우스 신전에 찾아가 출생의 비밀을 알게되고 아버지와 재회를 한다.

150년의 유구한 역사를 자랑하는 미주리주의 블레인에서 성대한 축제를 계획한다. 아마추어들인 주민들이 모두 참여하여 마을의 오랜 역사를 되새겨 보면서 현재를 생각하고 미래를 계획하는 내용의 뮤지컬을 무대에 올리기로 한 것. 직접 각본을 쓰고 감독과 안무까지 책임지게 된 코키(Corky St. Clair: 크리스토퍼 게스트 분)에게는 이 뮤지컬이 일생일대 최대의 기획이다. 각양각색의 직업을 가진 이들이 레드, 화이트, 그리고 블레인이라는 제목의 쇼 오디션에 참여한다. 치과의사인 퍼얼 박사를 비롯 여행안내원인 론(Ron Albertson: 프레드 윌라드 분)과 쉴라(Sheila Albertson: 캐서린 오하라 분) 부부, 데일리 퀸인, 리비 매 브라운(Libby Mae Brown: 파커 포세이 분), 그리고 은퇴한 박제사까지. 이들은 스스로 재능과 끼를 완벽하게 갖추었다고 믿고있는 아마추어 배우들이다. 우여곡절 끝에 캐스팅을 완료하고 연습에 몰두하는 코키와 배우들. 그러나 이들의 작멈이 순탄치만은 않다. 우선 소요 비용에서부터 문제가 발생한다. 이리저리 돈 쓸 곳은 늘어만 가는데, 시장은 10만 달러의 비용을 청구한 서류를 요구하며, 시예산으로는 15,000 달러 이상이 불가능함을 통보해 온 것. 본인들의 생각과는 달리 형편없는 실력의 아마추어 배우들의 연기력도 코키를 힘빠지게 만든다. 그러나 브로드웨이의 전설적인 프로듀서 거프만을 초대해 쇼를 감상케 할 계획을 갖고있는 코키는 계속해서 배우들을 독려한다.

성경에 나오는 괴력의 사나이 삼손(빅터 마추어)은 젊은 날엔 방황하며 지낸다.그는 유대민족의 청년이지만, 이방인인 블레셋족의 아름다운 처녀 세마다(안젤라 란스베리)와 결혼하려 한다. 그러나, 그와의 결혼을 반대하는 그녀의 친척들이 공격해오고, 급기야 그 와중에 그녀는 살해당하고 만다. 삼손은 그에 대한 복수를 하기 위해 당나귀 턱뼈로 블레셋족을 닥치는 대로 죽인다. 한편, 죽은 세마다의 여동생인 데릴라는 삼손이 지닌 괴력을 탐지하기 위해 그와 결혼한다. 삼손은 아름답고 변덕스런 데릴라에게 빠졌지만, 자신의 힘의 비밀을 쉽게 알려주려 하지 않는다. 잘못된 정보를 실천에 옮긴 블레셋족들의 낭패를 즐겁게 구경하는 삼손. 하지만 데릴라는 그를 구슬려서 결국 긴 머리칼에 힘의 원천임을 알아내고, 머리칼을 자른다. 이리하여 블레셋족의 노예로 전락한 그는 10년 동안 감금되는데, 그제서야 여호와를 찾으며 그동안의 죄를 참회한다. 그동안 그의 머리칼은 계속 자라지만, 어느 누구 하나 눈여겨보는 이가 없다. 마침내 10년 후 블레셋족이 잔치가 있던 날, 삼손을 이끌어내서 희롱하려고 한다. 이때 이미 눈이 먼 그는 거대한 팔레스타인 사원의 기둥을 잡고, 자신의 마지막 힘을 다 써서 무너뜨린다. 처음에는 비웃던 사람들이 그의 괴력으로 빚어진 참사에 놀라고, 데릴라 역시 그 소동의 와중에 비참한 최후를 맞이한다.

Hercules is summoned to oppose the evil Queen Samara, who has allied herself with aliens and is sacrificing her own people in a bid to awaken a moon goddess.

In this melange of characters and events from separate mythological stories, Hercules, demigod and superman, arrives in the ancient Greek kingdom of Iolcus to tutor Iphitus, son of king Pelias; immediately on arrival, he falls in love with the king's delectable, briefly clad daughter Iole. Before he can win her, he must succeed in a series of quests, in the course of which he teams up with Jason, true heir of Iolcus, whom he accompanies on the famous voyage of the Argonauts.

En route to Thebes for an important diplomatic mission, Hercules drinks from a magic spring and loses his memory. He spends most of the movie in the pleasure gardens of Queen Omphale of Lydia. While young Ulysses tries to help him regain his memory, political tensions escalate in Thebes, and Hercules' new wife Iole finds herself in mortal danger.

Hercules and Iolaus take time out from Iolaus' wedding preparations, to help a distant village under attack from "monsters". When they reach their destination, they find the monsters are in fact Amazonian women who are controlled by Hera. "Hercules and the Amazon Women" is the first movie-length pilot episode of the television series "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys".

Upon his return from battle in the previous film, the great warrior Hercules learns that his lover, Daianara, has lost her senses. Acording of the oracle Medea, Dianara's only hope is the Stone of Forgetfulness which lies deep in the realm of Hades. Hercules, with two companions, Theseus and Telemachus, embarks on a dangerous quest for the stone, while he is unaware that Dianara's guardian, King Lico, is the one responsible for her condition and plots to have the girl for himself as his bride upon her revival.

At an orphanage, the children are sad because they received used defective toys as gifts. Professor Grampy sees the children while passing by in his sled and has an idea on how to give them a merry Christmas.

The Three Stooges manage to crash through the time barrier with their slap-happy antics in this classic feature-length comedy. Larry, Moe, and Curly-Joe are friends of a young scientist, Schuyler Davis, who has created a time machine. Together with Schuyler's girlfriend, Diane, they are all transported back to ancient Ithaca which is ruled by the tyrannical King Odius. The lecherous king promptly takes a liking to Diane and banishes Schuyler and The Stooges to the galleys. When they manage to escape, they begin promoting Schuyler as "Hercules" at local gladiatorial combats - until the real Hercules shows up. Mighty Zeus brings Hercules' mother, Alcmene, to Mount Olympus, and Hercules, believing she has been kidnapped, leads a rescue mission to save her. Zeus' jealous wife, Hera, decides that it should now be her time to rule the universe. Hera steals the Chronos Stone, source of the God's power, and unleashes the four Titans from their eons of imprisonment. With these angry behemoths on the loose, only the combined forces of Hercules and Xena, together with their trusty sidekicks Iolaus and Gabrielle, can save Mount Olympus.
