허술한 옷차림과 구성원 조차 모자라는 하급 그룹 '앤드 앤드 앤드(And, And, And)'. 이 불협화음에 지칠대로 지친 딘, 죠이 그리고 데릭과 빌리, 가난한 아일랜드 더블린의 노동자이지만 팝의 선두가 되고 싶은 공통점을 갖고 있다. 결국 그 지름길을 찾아 할리우드 행을 결심하는 청년들. 당연히 그들의 고생은 말이 아니고 진로마저 불투명한 상태. 그때 앞으로 그들의 매내져가 될 밀가루 투성이의 지미 래빗이 나타난다. 우선 지미는 천년들에게 지정한 영혼을 소유한 음악 - "소울"을 가르친다. 핵심은 간단하다. 소울의 왕인 제임스 브라운은 그가 흑인이라는 것을 자랑스레 노래하지 않는가! 결국 이 그룹도 자신들이 노동자이고 아일랜드인 이라는것 그리고 분명한 고향 더블린 시민임을 긍지로 갖게 된다. 이때부터 우여곡절끝에 모인 10여명의 음악광들은 팝고 록, 그밖의 펑크 음악에 밀려난 소울을 재건하기 위해 힘과 정열을 기울인다. 그러나 그들의 음악이 궤도를 찾고 정신적 성숙을 가져올 즈음 개인의 이기주의와 지나친 개성 때문에 이 팀은 깨어 버린다. 영혼을 노래하기 위해 부귀를 외면한 젊은이들 이건만.

테리 훌리는 1970년대 벨파스트가 영국과 아일랜드 간의 피의 갈등으로 도시의 기능을 상실하고 폐쇄되었을 때 급진적이고 반항적이며 음악을 사랑하는 청년이다. 그의 모든 친구들이 영국에 맞서 무기를 든 것처럼 테리는 유럽에서 가장 빈번하게 폭탄이 터지는 지역에 레코드 판매점을 개업하고 ‘굿 바이브레이션즈’라고 명명한다. ‘굿 바이브레이션즈’를 통해 그는 막 태동하려고 하는 언더그라운드 펑크 록 세대의 끌어당기는 목소리를 발견한다. 젊은 음악인들을 움직이게 해서 테리는 젊은이들과 펑크 록커들로 구성된 잡다한 밴드의 리더 같지 않은 리더가 되어 얼스터 지방을 활력이 넘치는 새로운 공동체로 탈바꿈 시킨다. U218 Videos is a music video compilation DVD by U2 from 2006, released the same day as its compilation album, U218 Singles. The compilation features their most popular videos from "New Year's Day" in 1983 to "The Saints Are Coming" in 2006. The DVD features videos from the band's two previous music video compilations, The Best of 1980–1990 and The Best of 1990–2000, as well as several videos that have never been previously released. The main section of the DVD contains 19 videos, including two videos for both "Stuck in a Moment You Can't Get Out Of" and "Walk On." The DVD also contains bonus material with two documentaries, The Making of "Vertigo" and A Story of One, as well as seven additional music videos.

This musical celebration charts the lives and careers of some of the biggest selling acts in Irish rock, punk and pop from Van Morrison and Thin Lizzy to The Undertones and U2. This hilarious comedy celebrates the unique talent of Ireland's most famous wedding/pub band - Tom & Gerry (D'Unbelievables) - who, on receiving an award entitled the 'Golden Microphone of the Year Award for the best wedding/pub band in Ireland' recall the hilarious happenings during the day of the Donoghue Wedding. Lexie is a single parent father of a young girl. One day, coming home from work, he is told by her that she wants to be am Irish River Dancer. He refuses, replying laconically, 'We don't dance'. With time, her fascination grows and he begrudgingly becomes accepting of her passion, helping her out with an instructional video and then a costume. She enters a contest, and he enthusiastically applauds her performance. In the final scene, she teaches him a few steps as they move together along the shore.

VOYAGE II is the second half of the concert and continues to pay homage to the musical culture of Ireland, while exploring the musical journey each soloist has undertaken since the beginning of Celtic Thunder four years ago. This time the ensemble including Keith Harkin, Ryan Kelly, Neil Byrne, George Donaldson and Emmet Cahill welcome 13-year-old Daniel Furlong to the fold as a guest artist on this recording. The group performances highlight the diversity of Irish music and song.

Celtic Thunder have chosen to return to their roots in order to film this musical odyssey back to the heart of the Celt. The core theme of Mythology is found in the opening number "Voices call from the old days, Voices tell from the past, Ancient laws and ancient old ways to recast." It's the story of the Celts in Ireland, their legends, their history and their stories. It's the lifeblood of modern day Ireland and it's influences from our Celtic past, which are still carried in each one of us as part of who we are and where we come from.

Thirteen examples of The Pogues unique brand of hellraising folk, ranging from punky takes on traditional Irish songs like 'Dirty Old Town' to the Shane MacGowan penned originals which offered romanticised visions of life viewed through the bottom of a bottle.

Recorded at Dublin's Point Theatre and introduced by Emmylou Harris, Gael Force combines stunning live performances, beautiful melodies, and virtuoso playing from Ireland's greatest musicians and performers.

One Irish Rover, a documentary focusing on the words and music of Van Morrison, was broadcast in 1991 on BBC 2 Arena TV special and on A&E cable television program. It is a series of live songs with commentary by Morrison about music and poetry, it has some truly amazing performances. It includes the footage of Morrison and Dylan in Greece, Georgie Fame at Ronnie Scott’s, John Lee Hooker, The Chieftains and Danish Radio Big Band.
