자신의 대부 노릇을 하던 거물 영감 도루네의 부탁을 받아 반쪽만 남은 보석을 모로코 어느 지역으로 배달하는 임무를 하던 루팡, 그런데 어느 민족인 장로 할머니의 이야기를 듣던 중에 정체 불명의 닌자 집단의 습격을 받는 처지가 된다. 공교롭게도 닌자 집단의 수장인 사다치요는 고에몽과 악연이 있었고, ICPO 국장인 장 피에르와 루팡 전담 수사관 제니가타 경부도 합세해 긴박한 처지에 놓인 루팡은 과연 배달을 무사히 완수할 수 있을까? 그리고 도루네 영감과 라라는 어떤 관계인걸까? 게다가 제니가타 경부를 향한 부루토카리 순경의 예상치 못한 중대 발언은 과연 무엇일까?
