유키오(오카다 마사키)는 남들보다 아버지가 3명이나 더 많다. 무려 4명의 아버지들은 유키오가 태어날 때 부터 함께였다. 그러다 오늘, 유키오의 친구인 마스지가 나타나면서부터 유키오의 일상은 묘하게 꼬이기 시작한다. 불량배들로 부터 마스지를 구하는 것으로 재회한 두 친구는 그 일로 인해서 어떠한 일에 얽히게 되는 두 사람. 설상가상으로 마스지가 얽힌 불량배들이 동네를 주름 잡는 '톤다 바야시'와 관련이 있게 되고, 마스지의 그의 심부름까지 펑크를 내면서 일은 더욱 심각하게 꼬이고 만다. 그때 유키오의 아버지들이 등장하여 톤다 바야시의 사기 문제를 해결하는 조건으로 마스지의 일을 좋게 마무리 하는 줄 알았으나, 다음날 유키오가 학교에 등교하지 않는 친구네 집에 들렀다가 납치를 당하게 되면서 일은 점점 더 커져만 가는데...
Hajime asks his friend Yoshi to set him up with his classmate Ann. Yoshi tries to do this for Hajime, but this just upsets Ann. Yoshi's relationship with Ann is now awkward. "Pika*nchi Life Is Hard Dakedo Happy" centers around five friends who are residents in a Tokyo apartment complex. Now senior high school students, the five friends live the wild life in Harajuku before encountering unforeseen surprises.
