The Highwaymen - Live American Outlaws contains a previously unreleased full-length concert film recorded live at Nassau Coliseum, Uniondale, New York, March 14, 1990 and transferred from the original film reels especially for this collection.

Waylon wasn't sure what the fuss was all about (as he sang, It don t matter who is in Austin, Bob Wills is STILL the King! ). This special package contains both a CD and DVD of Waylon Jenning s FIRST Austin City Limit s performance, recorded in August 1984.

From historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn., comes this collection of 15 Grand Ole Opry performances, including Johnny Cash singing "Folsom Prison Blues" and George Jones delivering "The Race Is On." Among the other honky-tonk legends are Ray Price ("Heartaches by the Number"), Porter Wagoner ("Misery Loves Company"), Dave Dudley ("Six Days on the Road"), Ernest Tubb ("Walking the Floor Over You") and Bobby Bare ("Detroit City").

Waylon Jennings played his last major concert at Nashville's historic Ryman Auditorium in January 2000. Never Say Die: The Final Concert Film features that moving performance revisiting his greatest hits—done, as always, on his terms. Recorded on January 5-6, 2000.

Waylon Jennings appeared at the US Festival on June 4, 1983. It was billed as Country Day, with Waylon performing alongside such artists as Willie Nelson, Alabama, Hank Williams, Jr., and Emmylou Harris. Waylon's performance was one of the day's many highlights, and he is joined onstage by wife Jessi Colter for a particularly memorable rendition of 'Storms Never Last.' The US Festival was held over two weekends in 1982 and 1983. Steve Wozniak, cofounder of Apple Computer, funded the concerts and accompanying technology exposition, as well as the construction of a brand-new outdoor venue in Glen Helen Regional Park in San Bernadino, CA. Nearly every musical genre was represented by bands as diverse as U2, Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie, Ozzy Osbourne, Willie Nelson, Van Halen, The Police and The Clash. Over the combined seven days of the festival, more than one million people passed through the entrance gates.

Susan Blakey plays Sally Jo Purkey, a factory worker who leads a rebellion among her co-workers for equal rights by forming a company football team for women and hires a down-on-his-luck coach (Eddie Albert) to make them winners.

The songs embodied in this performance capture Waylon Jennings and his band at the height of the country music "Outlaw" period, ample evidence of the extraordinary and individualistic writing and singing talents of Waylon Jennings. Now presented for the first time in its entirety, exactly as it was recorded on August 12, 1978.
