Set in the near future of Japan with the educational system nearing collapse. To rehabilitate the lawlessness at public schools and its troubled students, the government sends Kamen Teacher to designated schools.

Yukio is your average high school student who spends his days going to class and avoiding bullies. That is until he meets Ryusuke, a guitar prodigy. Together with Taira, Chiba, and Saku they form the rock band BECK. As their popularity increases so does the danger as Ryusuke's past catches up with him.

In Edo-era Japan, a ukiyo-e artist languishes in his master’s shadow. Creatively stifled, he finds consolation in the company of a prostitute, and becomes entangled in a love triangle. A mystery emerges involving two portraits and the sudden disappearance of the artist Sharaku. Helmed by Cannes-selected director Tatsuji Yamazaki, the film employs kabuki-inspired sequences and stylised sets.

쿄코의 오빠 타츠야는 아들 노부유키와 함께 새로 이사한다. 하지만 이사해 온 집의 방에서 한 여자가 살해 당하는 광경을 목격하고 정신이 이상해진다. 실은 그 방은 과거 코바야시가 살았던 방으로 그의 아내가 살해당했던 곳인데...

만삭의 아내를 둔 학교 선생 코바야시가 자기 반 학생 토시오의 집을 가정지도 건으로 방문하면서 모든 사건은 시작된다. 뭔가 수상쩍은 행동을 하는 토시오. 갑자기 고양이 울음 소리를 내는데... 한편, 칸나네 집에서 과외지도를 하고 있던 유키는 밖에서 들려오는 고양이 소리에 계속 신경이 쓰이고... 칸나가 잠시 학교에 간 사이 최악의 공포가 토시오의 집에서, 칸나의 집에서, 그리고 학교에서 동시다발로 엄습한다.
