루이지애나 타이리군, 클럽 "블랙 펠리칸"을 운영하는 네이트는 거대 마약조직의 하수인인 와일드 빌로부터 클럽을 넘기라는 압력을 받게 되면서 결국 와일드 빌 일당과 네이트가 격돌하고 네이트는 심한 부상을 당한다. 마약 단속 경찰인 셰인(조나단 세처)은 삼촌 네이트의 소식을 듣고 고향으로 향하고, 병원에 있는 삼촌 대신 클럽을 잠시 운영하기로 한다. 그는 루이지애나 일대를 장악하려는 거대 마약 조직이 유통 거점을 확보하고자 지역의 핵심 위치를 차지하고 있는 블랙 펠리칸을 차지하려는 것임을 알고, 마을을 장악한 악당들과 맨몸으로 맞붙게 되는데...
