오소는 지역 주민을 규합해 델타 지역의 환경을 보호하려는 운동가다. 엘리아는 가난한 이주민 가족과 함께 고향 델타로 돌아와 불법 어획을 자행한다. 오소와 엘리아의 오랜 기억 속에서 델타는 사람들이 평화롭게 생선을 잡던 공간이었다. 하지만 두 세력이 부딪히면서 델타는 죽음과 복수의 공간으로 변한다.
