M.R. Gopakumar is an Indian movie/television actor who has established himself through a long career in Malayalam plays, movies and tele-films. In his career spanning over more than four decades, Gopakumar has proved his skills through a wide variety of roles that he played in every form of acting.
Charlie's father
The Film is based on the infamous 'Charlie Murder Case' in the Indian State of Kerala where the main culprit Sukumara Kurup has been on the run for decades and is still not been caught. The story revolves around the perspective of Sukumara Kurup and the Police officers who were investigating the case.
Chandrappan
The film revolves around the life of NRI Gopinatha Menon, who returns to his ancestral home after a long time. Pappanassar
Punyam Aham is set in a small village in northern Kerala. The film tells the story of Unni leaving home and searching for his identity, and then repeating many of his father's mistakes in life. It is based on the story in traditional folklore about Naranath Bhranthan and his father Vararuchi.[1]
Raghavan
In a village named Ilavattam there lives a man by the name of Gopalakrishna Pillai. He is a man with diverse qualities. Basically he is a moneylender, but not the avaricious kind. He lends money at very low interest-rates but makes it a point to get his money back on the date agreed upon. The story takes a turn when a bank, named Grand Bank opens up in the village, offering to give out loans at very low interest. The manager of the bank is a young lady named Jayalakshmi. She has made her entry into the village with a very definite purpose. All this, plus the very different kind of bonding between Gopalakrishna Pillai and his mother, form the plot, which develops towards a very interesting climax.
Maanukkuttan and Smitha lead a happy life after getting married to each other. But their marital life is put at stake due to their friends playing pranks on them.
Neelantan
The four chapters of the film tell stories, which are independent of each other. The only connection between them is the recurring theme of crime. With the flow of the movie, there is an increase in the complexity of the crimes.

Namboothiri
Shivan (Suresh Gopi) arrives in a remote village as an agricultural officer. Pappachi (Jagathy) arranges the upstairs of a house for him to stay in. A family of three girls (Khusboo, Vani Viswanath, Kaveri) lives downstairs along with their father (M.R. Gopakumar). The three of them develop romantic feelings towards Shivan.
Balakrishnan
Bhoothakkannadi movie is all about Vidyadharan (Mammootty) who is a small village clocksmith and a widower lives with his only daughter. His wife had died from a snake bite years ago. However his childhood friend and love Interest Sarojini (Sreelakshmi) who lives next to his house. Sarojini was left by her husband after living together only for a night from which she has a daughter who has grown to a teenager. Vidyadharan is paranoid from the fear of snakes possibly due to his wife's death in the past. He carries a flashlight through the village lanes even in broad daylight.
