The movie is divided into four chapters, each chapter with a famous actor as the leading character. The Paws-Men are Tat Yan, Charlie, Seal, and Keith. When a dog is in need of rescue, the Paws-Men assemble to save the dog immediately like Batman. “Paws-Men” tells the story of rescuing dogs, in which Paws-Men encounter many difficulties, such as a dog eatery, bullies and a dog abusing granny. Yet Paws-Men witness true friendships between dogs and humans. This film makes us realize: Saving dogs is not hard. People are the real problem.

사라는 남자친구 아신이 생일을 함께 보내지 않고 전 여자친구의 피로연에 가자 화가 나 친구 아신, 지나, 파파, 졸리와 함께 클럽을 간다. 사라는 클럽에서 메이의 사촌동생 졸리를 만나게 되고, 메이는 졸리를 클럽 매니저 재키에게 부탁하고 졸리는 재키에게 관심을 보이지만 재키는 졸리에게 거리를 두려고 한다. 파파는 못생긴 외모 때문에 남자들에게 외면당하고 여자들에게 괴롭힘을 당하는데 아신의 친구인 파커는 파파에게 관심을 가지고 도와준다. 지나는 사라와 아신 사이에 문제가 있는 걸 알고 지나에게 한국 남자 킴을 소개시켜주고 자신은 아신을 몰래 유혹한다. 지나는 사라, 졸리와 함께 한국에서 킴을 만나기로 하지만 떠나는 날 일이 생겼다며 둘만 한국으로 보내고 아신에게 연락해 몰래 만난다. 지나의 계략에 빠진 아신은 그녀와 밤을 보내고 사라도 한국에서 킴과 밤을 보내게 된다. 한국 클럽에서 졸리가 남자들에게 강제로 당하고, 그 일로 경찰서를 찾은 사라는 킴이 유부남임을 알게 된다. 재키는 졸리를 보살피러 한국으로 오고 그녀에게 적극적으로 다가가지만 상처 받기 싫어 진지한 사랑은 하지 않는 졸리는 재키를 거부하고 홍콩으로 돌아온다. 재키는 졸리의 사랑을 얻기 위해 건물 옥상에서 외줄타기를 시도하는데...
