Yun is grounded by her father for spending three days away from home for breaking family traditions. In her stoic nocturnal journey through the streets, malls and service centers, Yun experiences an accelerated maturity, of which she only realizes when she returns and faces her father.

A family travels to a remote island in southern Chile. During the trip they try to convince the grandparents to support them financially to build a hotel in the place. Nicolás, the man who crossed them disappears, leaving the family trapped on the island, the smiles begin to disappear. Ariel gets involved in a teenager's civil arrest, who is accused of stealing a phone. A mob surrounds the young man and some curse and beat him, some defend him. The police isn't showing up. Ariel has to decide what side he is on.

A rebellious young man nicknamed Tano and a shy Mapuche boy named Cheo bond together by facing the violence and prejudice they carry during their complicated adolescence.
