The film tells the story of Tainá, a 5 years old orphan Indian girl who dreams of becoming a warrior and discovering her true origin. Along the way, she makes unexpected friends such as Laura, a lost city girl, and Gobi, a nerd Indian boy. They learn to overcome their mutual differences while going through their eventful journey. Taina confronts the ancestral enemy of her family, Jurupari, the incarnation of Evil, who wants to destroy the Forest.

Tati likes Marcelo who likes to date many girls. Sincere (at times even too sincere), Tati demonstrates her love, but ends up only pushing Marcelo away. After listening to a lecture by the young biology professor, Conrado, she has an idea: apply his polemic theories to her relationship. Conrado develops a technical seduction guide based on Charles Darwin?s theory, comparing the behavior of young lovers to that of animals. The beautiful guinea pig is working hard and everything seems to be going well in reconquering Marcelo. The scientific experiment becomes more complicated when romance appears in the air between the professor and student.

인디언 소녀 까치치는 성장하여 청소년이 된 아름답고 용감한 따이나를 따라하면서 함께 숲을 누빈다. 이 소녀들은 진귀한 표본을 불법으로 수집하는 악당들의 함정을 쓸모없게 만든다. 어느 날, 잃어버린 강아지를 찾아 숲속으로 찾아들어온 도시소년 까를리또를 만나게 된다. 까치치는 그 강아지를 찾아내지만, 자기가 키우고 싶어한다. 한편 악당들은 부족의 애완동물(야생동물)들을 차지한다. 따이나가 앞장서서 이들과 맞서지만, 아이들은 우선 서로의 문화와 성격차이를 극복해야 한다. (2013년 제3회 브라질영화제)
