This film is a tribute to love, a tribute to cinema. Our two main characters take us with them into the intimacy of "real people". We cross the roads of France with them, in their different vans and pick-up trucks transformed for the occasion into mini movie studios. Their concept: to film "declarations of love" and to deliver them directly by van to their recipients. And we discover, as we go along, that our duo and their own personal adventures are subtly intertwined with the people they film. This mix of genres offers several universes to the spectator in order to make him question himself about love.

After years spent in Paris, Clotaire Sangala returns to his native country, Africa. French actor Mathieu Amalric directs the made-for-TV comedy La Chose Publique (Public Affairs). Shot on digital video, the film is a satire of French politics and media personalities. Television director Philippe Roberts (Jean-Quentin Chatelain) has been assigned to make a film series, so he decides to use his own life and marriage as an inspiration. Public Affairs was shown at the 2003 Cannes Film Festival.

A film producer on the verge of ruin decides to make an erotic film.

Henri, Daniel and Xavier have just opened a travel agency in Paris. Henri runs the agency while Daniel and Xavier go on trip to take care of the group of tourists in Morocco. The troubles begin when Xavier and Daniel arrive in Morocco and discover that Henri has closed the agency in Paris and hasn't booked any hotels or attractions for the trip. Without any money, Daniel and Xavier decide to continue the journey. Their luck is their meeting with the rich Prince Douzami who falls in love with one of the tourist, Marilyn, and he decides to help them. The trip is still disturbed by two criminals Mata and Harry who want to take a microfilm that daniel has unfortunately swallowed.

파리에 사는 중년의 네 남자, 파일럿인 마르첼로, 방송국 종사자 미첼, 주방장 우고 그리고 판사 필립. 그들의 삶은 부유하고 안락해 보이지만, 반복되는 삶에 대한 권태와 남모르는 정신적인 박탈감을 안고 있다. 필립의 외딴 빌라에 모여 그들은 먹고 마시고 섹스만 하는 이상한 게임을 시작한다. 마르코 페레리 감독은 이 영화에서도 이유도, 목적도 없는 유럽사회의 천박한 소비주의를 끔찍하게 묘사하고 있다.
