Paula is hoping to be up front, leading a glamorous life, with her own storyline, thrilling scenes, and lots of music — unlike her mother, who is stuck in the background as a Supporting Character with limited dialogue and a lack of emotion. That’s why Paula is attending the School for Main Characters, to prove she has what it takes to be a rousing lead. She’s at the top of her class in cliffhanging and can do slow motion and panicked screaming in her sleep, but so far she has failed to stir emotions.

Salidas is a fictional dance film that tells the story of Giralda, an undertaker who accompanies deceased human beings into their afterlife. Interpreted through Spanish flamenco dance and music and set at an old East German ship canal lift, the film creates an associative fusion between Northern and Southern Europe, movement and silence, farewells and eternity.

Tolga is confused. His girlfriend has left him, but he feels no sense of sadness. But he wants to change that. So he asks his best friend Burak, an imaginative guy who sells kebabs, how he could cry. Burak, who is an expert in feelings, or at least in showing feelings, offers him various techniques. But the more he tries, the more Tolga begins to question his own friendship. Up to the point where Burak asks him a very serious question…

Sarah and her parents celebrate her confirmation. But instead of eating the lobster on her plate, Sarah hides it under the table. When her father finds the lobster there, he draws the consequences.

In the artist colony Rocket Perelman ten people strive to live their version of freedom and independence - everybody for themselves and all together. But that's hard work, since the joined theatre production puts the groups' idealism to a hard test.
