Third year high schooler Makoto lives in a rural town with his younger sister and his mother who runs a small shop. His childhood friend Shinpei has a crush on classmate Haruka, but realizes Haruka likes Makoto. Then Mizuki comes into their lives.
하와이 오아후 섬에서 천문학을 공부하며 투어 가이드로 생계를 이어가고 있는 다이스케(야마다 타카유키)는 카페에서 일하는 루이(나가사와 마사미)와 만나게 된다. 그는 밝고 총명한 그녀와 의기 투합하게 되지만, 다음날 만난 다이스케와 전날의 일을 전혀 기억하지 못하는 것을 알게 되고 놀란다. 루이가 사고의 후유증으로 새로운 기억이 하룻밤 사이에 사라져 버리는 것을 알게된 다이스케는 그녀를 설득하여 납득시키가 위해 노력한다. 매일 그녀에게 접근하여 첫 키스까지 하게 되지만 다이스케는 이대로는 관계가 발전되지 않는다는 것을 깨닫고 어떤 시험을 하려고 한다.
어릴 적 달걀 요정에 의해 말을 봉인 당한 소녀 ‘나루세 준’. 고등학생이 되었지만 트라우마로 인해 여전히 말을 하려 하면 고통이 찾아온다. 교내 어느 누구와도 소통하지 않고 조용한 학교생활을 하던 중에 학급 친구들 3명과 함께 지역 교류회 준비 위원으로 선정된다. 말을 하지 않는 아이 ‘나루세 준’, 다른 사람에게 마음을 전하는 법을 모르는 ‘사카가미 다쿠미’ ‘다쿠미’에게 마음의 짐이 있는 착한 치어리더 ‘니토 나쓰키’, 팔 부상으로 경기에 나가지 못하는 교내 야구 에이스 ‘다사키 다이키’ 같은 반이었지만 전혀 친분이 없는 4명은 함께 지역 교류회를 위한 뮤지컬 공연을 준비하게 되는데, 시간도 부족하고 마음도 맞지 않고, 뮤지컬은 사실상 불가능한 미션! 그러던 중 우연히 ‘다쿠미’의 피아노 연주를 듣고 음악에 교감하게 된 ‘준’은 노래로 자신의 마음을 전할 수 있을 거라 믿게 된다. ‘다쿠미’와 문자로 소통하면서 뮤지컬 곡을 직접 쓰게 되고 학급 친구들도 모두 ‘준’을 응원해주기 시작하는데!
Toru, a high schooler, decides to leave his grandmother's home in the mountains and moves in with his aunt. There he meets three sisters at his welcome party. On his way to his new home, he is struck by one of the sisters' beauty. A boy who spent his life quietly like a plant starts to take action on his own.
Mado wakes up in the morning finding all the people disappeared. Hearing a strong typhoon might strike, everyone has escaped the disaster. She checks her school, but no one is there. She meets her classmate, Fujii, unexpectedly. Fujii asks Mado to find a shelter together. He doesn't want to leave her alone. Both start looking around to see if anyone's left behind: An empty theatre, a movie is still running on the screen. A young girl stands by a desolated pool. A strip show theater with a retired stripper. An old man brushes his shoe in a bowling center continuously. Both guys search everywhere. And finally in the heavy rain, they find shelter in a factory. This is a factory where Mado's father had died in.
