'대학부터 붙어라'는 아이가 좀 더 많은 자유를 원할 때 부모들이 하는 전형적인 훈계다. 이 영화에서 이 훈계는 매우 아이러니하게 사용되고 있다. 피알라는 졸업과 미취업 사이의 암울한 시기에 진입한 몇몇 고등학생들을 통해 이른바 ‘블랭크 제네레이션’의 하위문화를 깊이 있는 통찰력으로 묘사한다. (한국시네마테크협의회)
