슈퍼마켓을 좋아하는 주부가 매상이 낮아 고민인 슈퍼마켓을 다시 일으켜 세우려고 분투하는 코미디.
슈퍼마켓“쇼오지키야”의 전무 코바야시 고로는 상품도 잘 팔리지 않고 점원들도 패기가 없게 곤란해하고 있다. 어느 날 라이벌 슈퍼마켓에 조사를 나간 그는 우연히 소꿉친구인 이노우에 하나코와 재회한다. 슈퍼마켓을 좋아하는 하나코의 날카로운 시점을 높이 산 그는, 그녀를 자신의 매장에 고용한다. 하나코는 조속히 문제 해결에 착수하지만, 자존심이 높은 직원들의 협력을 얻지 못하고 고생한다. 그런데도 굴하지 않는 하나코는 정확한 개선책을 제안해 성과를 올리기 시작하지만... (시네마루 2010 - 이타미 주조 회고전)
