숀과 칼은 아랍인과 전 영국 대령이 이끄는 테러리스트(닌자)들이 핵폭탄을 뉴욕으로 가지러 오려 한다는 정보를 받고 보내져 인질로 잡힌 특공대원들을 구출하기 위해 파견된다. 그러나 그들도 그들을 도와주던 간호원 사라와 함께 닌자들에게 붙잡힌다. 숀의 친구인 조는 평화봉사단원으로 싸움에 흥미가 없으나 친구인 숀을 위해 그를 구하러 간다. 닌자들을 전복하려는 사우프트링의 탐바의 도움을 받아 요새의 설계도를 얻어낸 그는 화형에 처하기 진적의 미국인들과 숀을 구하고 학교로 돌아간다.
