Thirty years on from Vietnam, a government official is trying to track down soldiers who went missing in action, in the hope that it may lead her to her father. Federal Service Agent Justin Vanier has been assigned to infiltrate the mysterious Virtual Arts Academy in search of Eric, a fellow agent. Wilson and Reeds must infiltrate Li's gang, so enter a martial arts tournament that Mr Li is known to attend to recruit talent.

The police does not know what to do. They have to deal with a serial killer who aims at martial arts masters. One after another is killed in the same brutal way. This may be a chance for detective Linda Masterson to work on her first murder case. She gets the job and to her side an other martial arts specialist, Sgt. Tarek Richards. Now they need to find a tiger style master, because the killer obviously uses tiger style kung fu. Not a simple task, since tiger is a very ancient and rare style.

A man's brother dies of an overdose from a new and potent drug introduced by a drug gang. He puts off his wedding to a beautiful model and postpones taking over the family business while he travels to Hong Kong to learn Tiger Claw kung fu from its master. Then he plans to take his revenge on the drug dealers responsible for his brother's death.
