A London accountant on his honeymoon gets swept away by gambling fever.

An aimless young man, Johnny, is sent prison. He entrusts his beloved dog, Evie, to the care of his former lover and best friend, Frank. When he gets out of prison, he has to face difficulties at home. Added to this, is the fact that he may have to give up Evie to Frank.

A drama based on the novel by Charles Dickens which tells the story of Arthur Clennam who is thrown into a debtor's prison. There he meets a young seamstress whose father has been imprisoned for twenty-five years. A film in originally released in two parts.

Comedian Peter Cook takes on the role of brilliant detective Sherlock Holmes, who's not so gifted here as he relegates much of the investigation of demonic dogs to his bumbling sidekick, Watson (Dudley Moore), while he spends time with his mother and searches for an assistant.

중국에서 로터스 X를 필름에 담아오던 사우스 미어(Lord Edward Southmere: 데렉 니모 분)는 영국에 도착하자 마자 중국인들에게 쫓기게 된다. 그는 얼떨결에 박물관 공룡화석 속에 필름을 감추고 기절한다. 그때 뒤이어 유모들이 도착하고 사우스미어는 필름을 찾아달라고 말한 후 중국인 헙(Hnup Wan: 피터 유스티노브 분)과 권(Quon: 클리브 레빌 분)에게 끌려간다. 보모 해티(Hettie: 헬렌 헤이스 분)와 에밀리(Emily: 조안 심스 분)는 보모들을 모아 필름을 찾아보나 실패한다. 헙과 권은 사우스미어가 사실을 실토하지 않자 공룡을 훔쳐낸다. 그것을 본 유모들은 공룡을 가로채 시골로 달아난다. 그러나 공룡이 잘못된 것을 깨달은 그들은 낭패한다. 헙과 해티의 집 아이 캐슬배리(Lord Castleberry: 앤드류 도브 분)의 말을 들어 다른 공룡 속에서 필름을 찾는다. 그때 권은 반기를 들어 헙을 정보극장 자리에서 내쫓고 뒤이어 들이닥친 유모들과 일대 격전이 벌어진다.
