종전까지 터스키지에서는 992명의 흑인조종사가 양성되어 450명이 해외에 참전한다. 이들은 총 1,500회 이상 출격하여 적기 111대 격추 및 150대 지상격파를 하였다. 그외에 기관차 57대, 화차 50대, 구축함 1대, 레이더기지 1곳, 차량 6대, 포좌 3개 등을 파괴하는 전적을 세우고 150명의 흑인조종사가 훈련 또는 전투 중 전사하였다.
