After an incident which nearly cost Littlefoot's grandmother her life, Littlefoot learns a series of lessons which his species call "Wisdoms". Meanwhile, a trio of dim-witted Beipiaosauruses named Loofah, Doofah and Foobie arrive in the Great Valley and behave in a strange manner towards Littlefoot and the gang. Littlefoot is determined that they learn the "Wisdoms" and the journey to the one place the trio have dreamed of, Berry Valley, begins.

While trying to obtain "Tree Sweets", Littlefoot falls into the tree and knocks down all the blossoms attracting the Tinysauruses. They devour the plants and disappear. But Littlefoot isn't blamed for the disappearance. Instead, he accidentally makes the adults believe the tiny dinosaurs were the main cause. Now Littlefoot and his friends must protect the tiny herd and learn the value of honesty.

When heavy rains create a mysterious "new water", Littlefoot sets off to explore the Great Valley and quickly becomes friends with Mo, a fun-loving dolphin-like creature, who has been isolated from his pod by the weather. When Littlefoot and friends get separated from their parents because of an Earthshake, they help Mo get back home to the Big Water, while avoiding a hungry "Sharptooth Swimmer".

알빈과 그의 형제들은 세계적으로 유명한 영화스튜디오의 테마공원에서 공연을 마치고 난 후 테마공원 안을 이리저리 구경하다가 스튜디오 관광버스에 올라탄다. 이때부터 개구쟁이 알빈 형제들의 말썽 많은 모험이 시작되는데... 한편 테마공원의 일부인 프랑켄슈타인의 성에는 프랑켄슈타인 박사가 새로운 관리자로 부임하고 그가 사랑하는 실제괴물인 프랑켄슈타인을 몰래 데리고 온다. 개구쟁이 알빈 형제들은 폐장시간도 모른채 이곳저곳을 헤매다 테마공원에 갇히게 된다. 이때 우연히 불켜진 프랑켄슈타인 성을 발견하고 그곳에 들어가 프랑켄슈타인의 탄생을 숨어서 지켜보던 중 박사에게 발견된다. 프랑켄슈타인에게 이리저리 쫓기게 된 알빈 형제는 우여곡절 끝에 집으로 도착하지만 막내인 피토의 곰인형을 잃어버린 것을 알게된다. 프랑켄슈타인은 주운 곰인형의 냄새를 맡고 알빈 형제의 집으로와 피토에게 인형을 찾아주고 프랑켄슈타인과 알빈 형제는 친구가 되어 신나는 나날을 보내게된다. 그러던 어느 날 갑자기 알빈이 없어지고 프랑켄슈타인과 형제들은 알빈을 찾아 나서게 된다. 한편, 알빈을 납치한 박사는 새로운 괴물을 만들고자 알빈에게 무서운 실험을 하게 되는데.
