O atormentado Chin Cheng Hung (Norman Chu) tem apenas um objetivo na vida: vingar o sofrimento e posterior morte da esposa, causada pelo terrível Pao Shen Chang (Philip Ko Fei). Pao, sem nenhum motivo aparente (os motivos não são explorados no filme), resolve estuprar a esposa de Chin e para maior desgraça do casal, ela acaba ficando grávida. Gravidez problemática, Chin cuida da mulher com todo o zelo e carinho, mas a coitada morre no parto. O destino da criança ninguém sabe também, mas é provável que tenha morrido junto com a mãe. Chin Cheng Hung sai em busca do inimigo, porém sem saber muitos detalhes sobre ele. Tudo o que Chin sabe é que Pao é dono de uma escola de kung fu e começa a desafiar todos os mestres da cidade, tocando o horror em cada escola que passa. Pao descobre a movimentação de Chin e começa a armar um esquema pra se livrar dele, “contratando” os serviços de um jovenzinho mercenário (David Chiang), que não é assassino, mas que por dinheiro topa qualquer negócio.
