A tour of the Hotel des Invalides, and more particularly of the Army Museum and the Saint Louis Chapel. From François I's armor to Guynemer's airplane, to Napoleon's and Marshall Foch's tombs. But this is no ordinary tour,it is rather a chilling visit guided by Georges Franju and narrated by Michel Simon emphasizing - at times through biting humor -not the glory but the nonsense of wars, but their tragic aftermath.

This short documentary, shot in the glass factories of Leerdam and Schiedam, demonstrates how glass blowers do their work. But thanks to the superbly edited ballet of working hands and the sequence of mechanical motions of the engines, is it especially a cinematic tour de force. That the industry can’t do without man’s involvement is shown in the scene where we hear the voice of Haanstra himself counting the bottles on the conveyor belt, until one bottle breaks…

An early example of ultra-realism, this movie contrasts the quiet, bucolic life in the outskirts of Paris with the harsh, gory conditions inside the nearby slaughterhouses. Describes the fate of the animals and that of the workers in graphic detail.

In Our Nazi, we are plunged into a situation we barely, and only slowly, understand: the filming of Thomas Harlan’s experimental feature Wundkanal (1984), in which true-life ex-SS officer Alfred Filbert, now very old, is ‘put on trial’ for the camera, without him suspecting what is to come or why he is really there. Kramer’s confronting film is an essay about the sticky complicity of everyone present at this event, each bringing their own history, their own political ideology, their own desires to take revenge, to seek redemption or compassion, or just to put their heads down and ‘get the job done’ professionally, or (in the case of Filbert) to be a star, a part of the magnificent, magical, seductive world of cinema, even if it kills him.

Simon, um sujeito meticuloso, sóbrio e calculista, é psicólogo e diretor de Recursos Humanos de uma corporação multinacional alemã sediada na França. Após demitir mais de mil trabalhadores, em um processo de "reengenharia" da empresa para melhor "racionalização" das linhas de produção, é solicitado pelo vice-presidente a investigar, em sigilo, o estado mental de um importante diretor-executivo, que apresentaria um comportamento supostamente estranho.

Carmen conhece Hussain, um jovem poeta afegão. Eles se apaixonam e se tornam inseparáveis. Pouco depois, ele descobre que seu pedido de asilo foi recusado, obrigando o casal a se esconder. No entanto, Hussain começa a se sentir sufocado e precisa sair de casa.

Uma jovem deixou a sua família por um motivo não especificado. O marido está determinado a descobrir a verdade e começa a seguir a mulher. A princípio, ele suspeita que um homem está envolvido. Mas, aos poucos, ele descobre mais e mais comportamentos estranhos e incidentes bizarros que indicam algo mais do que um caso de amor possuído.

Uma tragédia abala o casal formado por Will e Eden. Eles perdem o filho pequeno e, desolada, Eden vai embora sem dar notícias. Dois anos mais tarde, ela volta a procurar o marido, acompanhada de outro homem, e totalmente diferente de como era antes. Durante um jantar, com Will, Eden e o novo companheiro de sua esposa, Will começa a suspeitar que os visitantes têm planos sinistros contra ele.
