Doctor Who: The Time Warrior (1974)

Final do século XIX. George (Rod Taylor) é um cientista que, cansado da ignorância do seu tempo, decide construir uma máquina do tempo. Ele sonha em conhecer o futuro, onde acredita que encontrará a paz entre os homens. Porém, ao conseguir realizar a viagem, George surpreende-se com o que encontra. A raça humana está dividida em duas, sendo que, na superfície, as pessoas são pacíficas e nos subterrâneos, são deformadas e canibais. Para regressar à sua época, George precisa ir até os subterrâneos, já que sua máquina do tempo está com o povo que lá vive.

Lewis (Daniel Hansen) é um jovem responsável por invenções brilhantes e surpreendentes. Seu mais recente trabalho é o escâner de memória, uma máquina que o ajudará a encontrar sua mãe biológica, o que permitirá que ele enfim tenha uma família. Porém antes mesmo de utilizá-la a máquina é roubada pelo Bandido do Chapéu Coco (Stephen J. Anderson). Lewis recebe então a visita de Wilbur Robinson (Wesley Singerman), um jovem misterioso que o leva em uma viagem no tempo. Já no futuro Lewis conhece os Robinsons, a família de Wilbur, que o ajudará a recuperar o escâner de memória.

Um casal e seu melhor amigo dividem uma casa em um condomínio e descobrem na residência vizinha uma misteriosa máquina fotográfica gigante que fotografa o futuro 24 horas adiante. O trio conspira para utilizar a engenhoca para benefícios pessoais, até que imagens perturbadoras começam a surgir.

Marty Mcfly, um típico jovem americano dos anos 80, acciona acidentalmente uma máquina do tempo construída num Delorean pelo excêntrico cientista Doc e vai parar ao ano de 1955. Sem saber como voltar ao presente, conhece a sua futura mãe antes do casamento com o seu pai, colocando assim em risco a sua própria existência no futuro.

Dois adolescentes viajam em uma máquina do tempo para fazer uma pesquisa escolar e evitar o fim de sua banda. Na viagem, eles conhecem personalidades históricas que vão ajudá-los a escapar da reprovação.

Guerillas time-jump back from the 22nd century to assassinate Sir Reginald Styles - a diplomat working for World Peace, The Doctor discovers they are from a future where the Daleks have invaded the Earth (Following wars precipitated by Styles's destruction at the peace conference). With the Daleks desperate to maintain their version of history, The Doctor and Jo find themselves in a totalitarian future, where they must discover who really happened and prevent it.

Captured in a time corridor, the Doctor and his companions are forced to land on 20th century Earth, diverted by the Doctor's oldest enemy - the Daleks. It is here the true purpose of the time corridor becomes apparent: after ninety years of imprisonment, Davros, the ruthless creator of the Daleks, is to be liberated to assist in the resurrection of his army. Not even the Daleks foresee the poisonous threat of their creator. Indeed, who would suspect Davros of wanting to destroy his own Daleks - and why? Only the Doctor knows the truth. On the eve of May Day, dark elemental forces begin to disturb the village of Devil's End as the Master summons the demon Azal: unexplained murders, a stone gargoyle come to life, and a nigh-impenetrable infernal energy dome. The Doctor is summoned before the High Council of Time Lords to stand trial for the charges of harmful interference to the course of events during his travels which have threatened the sanctity of the universe. Indignant at these accusations, the Doctor pleads his case to the Inquisitor with the hope that she will see him as a source of hope and goodwill for existence. However, his prosecuting attorney, a sinister Time Lord known simply as the Valeyard, begins a crusade against the Doctor with the motive of framing him as a villainous renegade.

Knights from a parallel universe arrive on Earth to find the legendary sword Excalibur. Only the Doctor and Ace, with the assistance of Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart, can save the Earth from total catastrophe.

An alien distress call draws the Doctor and Peri to Earth, 1985, where they uncover a Cyberman plot to change the course of history.

The blue crystal that the Doctor took from Metebelis III in a previous adventure is desperately sought by the Eight Legs, a race of mutated spiders, as the final element in their plan for universal domination. With help from an old mentor, the Doctor realises the only way to foil the plot is to make the ultimate sacrifice. The Doctor must risk death to return to the cave of the Great One and save the universe.

The Doctor and a newly-regenerated Romana arrive on Skaro to find that the Daleks, locked in a war with the robotic Movellans, have returned to retrieve their buried creator Davros.

When the TARDIS is in need of repairs, the Doctor and Peri are forced to land on Varos, a mining planet whose population is entertained and enslaved by a sadistic system of public torture and execution, and find themselves the latest unwilling subjects in this most extreme form of reality TV.

At the Tranquil Repose mortuary, the Doctor and Peri uncover a sinister plot to create a new breed of Daleks under the supervision of the mysterious Great Healer.

The Doctor needs somewhere peaceful to recover from his traumatic regeneration. But the sanctuary of Castrovalva is not all it seems, as the Master will stop at nothing to gain his revenge over the Doctor...

Charged with genocide by the treacherous Valeyard at his trial, the Doctor receives help from an unlikely source to turn the tide of the High Council's rulings in his favour and reveal the Valeyard as a wrongdoer: the Master. For the Valeyard's own crimes are so atrocious, even the Doctor's archenemy will help him to ensure that the villain won't see the light of day again. Cornered, the Valeyard flees to the Matrix, where he can be the Doctor's judge, jury and executioner...

The Doctor takes Ace on an initiative test to a strange Victorian old house where she is forced to confront her darkest fears.
