Sinopse
A Comissão Nacional da Verdade, instalada em 2011 para apurar crimes cometidos durante a ditadura militar, trouxe a público um capítulo ainda muito obscuro da nossa história: a existência de um centro de detenção indígena, na cidade de Resplendor (MG), chamado Reformatório Krenak. Instalado primeiramente dentro do território da etnia Krenak, e posteriormente transferido para Carmésia, aprisionou e torturou não apenas indígenas Krenak, mas diversas outras etnias como os Pataxó, impondo restrições às suas práticas ancestrais sob implacável vigilância dos militares. O documentário mostra como funcionou esse campo de concentração, e as consequências desse trauma coletivo para os povos indígenas afetados.
