Eden e Abdel são dois jovens terroristas que planejam um ataque a uma escola em Bruxelas. Porém, na hora do atentado, Abdel se explode antes do combinado e acaba ferindo Eden, que é socorrido por uma ambulância junto com outras vítimas.
