A TV movie directed by Bob Mahoney. Based on the book by Dick Lee & Colin Pratt it tells the true story of a long running Police investigation which resulted in the arrests of 120 people and jail sentences of 170 years for the manufacture and distribution of £100M of LSD.
The Doctor arrives on a planet where two tribes, the savage Sevateem and the technically brilliant Tesh, are at war. He meets Leela, an exile from the Sevateem, and discovers that the tribes' god of evil is apparently himself...

Um gângster (James Fox) jurado de morte por seus pares se refugia na mansão de um rockstar decadente (Mick Jagger), junto com duas garotas andróginas (Anita Pallenberg e Michelle Breton), e lá tem seus sentidos testados por um coquetel de drogas e perversão. Ao mesmo tempo, há um choque entre os mundo do gângster e do roqueiro, com suas diferenças.
