Miho Maruo (丸尾 みほ, Maruo Miho, September 27, 1958) is a Japanese female screenwriter. When she started as a screenwriter she credited herself with her real name (丸尾 未歩, same reading that Maruo Miho) but switched to the current variant shortly after. She is a member of the Writers Guild of Japan.

Shy outcast Kokoro has been avoiding school for weeks when she discovers a portal in her bedroom mirror. She reaches through and finds herself transported to an enchanting castle where she is joined by six other students. When a girl in a wolf mask explains that they have been invited to play a game, the teens must work together to uncover the mysterious connection that unites them. However, anyone who breaks the rules will be eaten by a wolf.

The story follows Akane, a girl with no self-confidence. On the day before her birthday, she meets a mysterious alchemist, Hippocrates, and his student, Pipo, who both tell her they're on a mission to save the world. Together, they set out from the basement for "Wonderland," and Akane finds herself labelled Wonderland's savior.

Há uma pequena casa solitária à beira-mar. Uma garota de tranças está morando lá sozinha. O correio não é mais entregue, mas mesmo naquela manhã ela está pendurando a roupa como de costume. Ano de 1814. Cidade de Edo (atual Tokyo). Um artista já realizado em vida e agora de meia idade, Tetsuzo tem em suas mãos clientes de todo japão e incansavelmente trabalha em sua "cheio-de-lixo" e caótica casa/ateliê. Ele passa seus dias criando incríveis obras de arte, desde um retrato gigantesco de Bodhidharma em 180 m² de papel, a dois pardais pintados em um grão de arroz. De temperamento curto, extremamente sarcástico, sem paixão por motivo ou dinheiro, ele investiria uma fortuna por qualquer trabalho que ele tivesse realmente interessado. Terceira das quatro filhas de Tetsuzo e nascida de seu segundo casamento, autodeclarada de 23 anos, O-Ei herdou o talento de seu pai e teimosia, várias das vezes ela quem pintava ao invés do pai, mesmo que descreditada. Sua arte é tão poderosa que algumas vezes gerava problemas.
Screenplay
Ao chegar à estação de trem que leva à morte eterna, uma alma triste recebe a notícia de que teve sorte e ganhará outra chance de viver. Ela, então, assume o corpo de um garoto de 14 anos chamado Kobayashi Makoto, que acaba de tentar suicídio. Assistida por um espírito neutro chamado Purapura, a alma deve descobrir qual foi o seu maior pecado e o que errou em sua antiga vida antes que seu prazo no corpo de Makoto se esgote. Ele também deverá cumprir uma série de outras tarefas menores, como entender o que levou Makoto a cometer suicídio e aprender a aproveitar sua segunda chance na vida.

Catboy Karl and his friends Pnett the bunny and Lolo the squirrel live in a small town with a rickety bell-tower made of the strangest collection of blocks, bits, and peices. Three tiems a day, an old man rings the bell in the tower and keeps the life of the town on track. When he fails to ring one day, nobody knows when to eat lunch. Karl decides to go and find out what's happened, and opens the door to adventures.

Poor but happy, young Nello and his grandfather live alone, delivering milk as a livelihood, in the outskirts of Antwerp, a city in Flanders (the Flemish or Dutch-speaking part of modern-day Belgium). They discover a beaten dog (a Bouvier, a large sturdy dog native to Flanders) and adopt it and nurse it back to health, naming it Patrasche, the middle name of Nello's mother Mary, who died when Nello was very young. Nello's mother was a talented artist, and like his mother, he delights in drawing, and his friend Aloise is his model and greatest fan and supporter.
